Okay, so I haven't tried realism for a long long time, and I'm really sad that I gave up on it 
I've decided to try it again, and practice hard, and get good at it this time!
Any Tips would be really great!
Andrej Pejic is a male model who I really like, I don't usually like models and fashion and things but I really like him.
He looks much more feminine than this picture, and he's really beautiful.
So heres my first atempt at realism humans, I hope in a years time I can do a 'draw this again' Meme of this and completely smash it XD

I'm not nearly a professional, so don't go completely by what I say 
It's always helpful to look at the real thing, as in really paying attention to repetitive features in humans. And since everyone looks different, it's a case by case drawing for each person. You can also keep in mind the proportions for faces (eyes in the middle, mouth between eyes and bottom of chin, etc.) there are quite a few tutorials on DeviantART if you want to look them up. And, sorry to break it to you, mapping it out first does wonders to your end results

And, sorry to break it to you, mapping it out first does wonders to your end results I'm not too sure how well I'm explaining this.. but for instance, your nose looks great on its own, it kind of looks like it's pointing upwards. The left eye looks fantastic and has very distinct features and details for the person it belongs to. The right eye also looks great, but is a bit simpler. Each feature looks marvelous on its own, but half the job is putting them all together so they all agree and work towards the same goal. If that makes sense, haha.
